I've got loads of calls from this number recently. Every time I pick up, all they do is hang up when the answerphone starts asking for my name or to leave a message. It’s really odd.

I received a call from a lady with a foreign accent who claimed to offer £50 worth of vouchers for either Tesco or Sainsbury's. She began asking questions about my age, life insurance, and phone company. This made me suspicious, so I demanded to know her identity and the purpose of her questions. She became defensive and abruptly ended the call. It was clear to me that she was attempting to phish for personal information. I sincerely hope that these scammers face consequences for their actions.

Got a call earlier from someone with an American accent but you could tell English wasn’t his first language. He claimed to be from Unicare UK doing some sort of assessment and wanted to ask me loads of questions. I told him I wasn’t going to reply until he answered a few of mine first, like who they were, why they were calling me, and where they got my number from. As soon as I started questioning him, he just ended the call!

I received a phone call at 8:30 in the evening. The person on the line claimed to be sending me a £50 Tesco voucher as a token of appreciation for my loyalty as a customer. However, they then proceeded to ask me unusual questions about my favourite colour and the brand of my washing machine. Due to this suspicious behaviour, I decided to take precautionary measures and changed my PIN numbers.

Yet another deceitful scheme... individuals of different backgrounds, dealing with irritating mistreatment and manipulation... I've reached my limit with this nonsense. It's unfortunate that in a country like this, where regulatory measures seem to be lacking, they are able to continue their disruptive behavior without consequences... As long as telephone network providers continue to profit from selling private numbers, these primitive individuals will persist... Either let calls go to voicemail or quickly respond with any form of protest down the line.

Totally a scam. Some lady called saying she was from Morrisons and that I’d won some vouchers in a prize draw. She then tried pushing me to hand over personal info. When I didn’t, she even accused me of trying to scam them! I called Morrisons customer help and they said it wasn’t from them at all. I've blocked the number now.

Got a call earlier from a woman with a posh accent who sounded pretty pushy. She claimed to be from BT and wanted my details - name, address and all that. Thing is, I haven't used that number in over a decade. Said she was trying to help cut down on nuisance calls, but it felt like the opposite.
