I received a rather peculiar phone call from a gentleman named Oliver, who was inquiring about some overdue payments. Now, considering the name and his mannerisms, I found it a tad hard to believe, as he seemed quite Asian. Nonetheless, I decided to humour him and responded that I was in debt for a staggering half a million pounds! His reaction was rather unexpected; he erupted in rage, uttering a rather colourful expletive before terminating the call without so much as a farewell. Quite rude, if you ask me! I picked up when they rang, but they ended the call straightaway.

For four days straight, they kept ringing me up, like six times every day! Each time, they go on about how I’m eligible for PPI. I kept saying I wasn’t, but the calls just wouldn’t stop. Proper annoying!
