Right away, he started calling me “love,” which felt quite dodgy and unprofessional. Towards the end, when I didn’t buy what he was saying, he got pretty pushy. He asked if I’d be home tomorrow for a “heat loss survey,” trying to make it seem like some kind of official government thing. Definitely not a call I trusted.
