There was a call from a firm saying they inspected heat leaks around windows. They rang a blind woman who lives by herself and arranged a meeting. Later, the woman got uneasy about the call and tried ringing them to cancel, but nobody answered. When the visitor turned up, the woman refused to open the door. The caller kept knocking on the doors and even at the windows, which was quite unsettling. They then phoned the woman again to say a Joanne was outside, but she told them firmly she didn’t want anyone entering and hung up.
