I received a rather dubious phone call today, with the caller insisting they were reaching out about supposed problems with my broadband. They ominously warned that I would lose my internet unless I pressed '1' to sort it out, claiming there were some illegal goings-on linked to my account. It all felt highly suspect - definitely a scam!
