I got a call from them asking all sorts of questions about my business, like if I’m limited company and if I’m VAT registered. Then they said to hold on for an advisor. I hung up, but they rang me back straight away. They asked if my name matched what they had on their records. Tried to transfer me to an advisor again so I just ended the call. Don’t really know what their deal was. Felt like they were trying to confirm name with number or something.
