Some scammer rang me up saying I have nearly £3.8 million in bitcoin with some dodgy firm that apparently opened an account under my name. They reckon it's now worth 202k and promised to help me get it back. I told them I wasn’t bothered and suddenly they start calling me crazy! Then they say I gotta pay £200 ‘fees’ because it’s been costing them to keep my cash safe. Claims the government told him to get in touch with me - what a joke! 🤣

Got a call from this number on 12/08/21 at 2:26 pm. I didn’t answer and they didn’t leave any voicemail. Seems like from what I’ve read, this might be one of those scam calls.

Got a call from what sounded like HMRC but it was some robotic voice. I just hung up straight away.

Got a call about some kind of live cover deal. They tried to push me into buying it but I told them I already got one. Then they said the call was about that existing one. Seemed dodgy to me, so I just blocked the number. Total scam.

My phone rang from a number beginning with 0161 394 but I just let it ring out, didn’t pick up and there was no voicemail either. Looks like these 0161 394 calls are dodgy or scams, so I’d say best to steer clear.
