Got a call from some bloke in India pretending to be from an energy firm, telling me my contract was up for renewal. When I said I wasn’t their customer and refused to say who I actually dealt with, he got all annoyed, accusing me of lying. Then he started going on about how my husband would be upset and that I should be a good wife and do as I’m told, which was just ridiculous! I had a good chuckle at him for a bit before muting the call out of sheer boredom. Seriously, don’t hand over your info to these lot!

Looks like this is a straight up scam. We bought a BT 4600 call blocker phone and since then, no unwanted calls in 5 months. Easy fix! - Lorenzo, Norfolk

I've never dealt with a worse company, honestly. Their employees are so rude and annoying. I wouldn't even consider using their services for anything. They just keep bothering folks non-stop and aren't truthful at all. If they keep this up, I reckon I'll have no choice but to involve the police.

The people over the phone are super rude and really cheap with their attitude! It’s obvious this is a scam and the place is from pak*stan, so watch out! 100% dodgy for sure.

They’re trying to get you to tell them when your energy contract ends. If you don’t give them a date, they’ll ring you every day. But if you do, they claim they won’t bother you again. I reckon that’s a bit of a con though - probably they’ll just ring back a couple of months before your deal runs out. I’ve refused to give any info, but since January 5th, they’ve been ringing my workplace nonstop. They even got quite rude once; I stayed on the line until they hung up because I heard them chatting after, making nasty remarks about me and saying they’d keep ringing until I gave in and gave a date for future calls. It’s proper harassment.
