Got a call earlier asking for someone named Karen, but I have no idea who that is. Then the guy claimed he’d been in touch with our accounts team - which isn’t true because we don’t actually have one! When I pressed him on it, he just said there must've been some kind of misunderstanding. Quite odd really.

Got a call from some firm today trying to push us into renewing a deal. Problem is, we're in France and have never had anything to do with British Gas. They’re just cold calling numbers to sell stuff, which I reckon shouldn’t be allowed really. Plus, this morning we got another ring from 0161 413 0051 about our supposed EON contract - absolute nonsense and just a complete waste of time.
