Out of curiosity, I attempted to return the call to determine if it was someone of significance, perhaps from my local hospital or one of my tutors or a relevant service. However, each time I dialled, I was met with a recorded message stating, "Apologies, this mailbox is currently full and cannot accept any more calls." I’ve figured out that the area code is from Manchester, beginning with 0161, but I’m still puzzled about which towns might have numbers starting with 393.
