Got a call from a woman who acted like she was from our water provider. She was pushing some sort of new contract. I told her I wouldn’t discuss stuff like that on the phone and asked for details by email. When the email arrived, it definitely wasn’t from our usual water company but from a firm called Verastar, who seemed to be trying to snatch the water contract away.

It seems to be regarding my broadband and phone services with Kinex, as they mentioned some adjustments were in the pipeline. I can’t shake off this feeling of distrust about the whole situation.
