I received a rather alarming phone call today from someone purporting to be affiliated with the FATF, which I later discovered has a fraud warning on their official site: https://www.fatf-gafi.org/faq/fraudwarning/. When I requested they cease their incessant calls, they erupted into a fit of shouting, which was quite unexpected! Shortly after, I was bombarded by a call from a mobile number: 07488 871938, with yet another individual claiming to represent the FATF. Just moments later, another call came in from a Manchester number, 0161 388 3290, with the same dubious claims. Quite the day, I must say!
