Got a call from someone calling themselves 'The Review Company' who claimed my Financial Adviser wouldn't have the up-to-date info they had. Strange thing is, when I asked who regulated them, they just said they weren’t advisors! So why on earth were they giving me advice then? Best just block this number!

Just a quick note to say if you’re fed up with all these dodgy foreign scammers ripping off vulnerable folks and pestering everyone else, you gotta take action. It’s a bit of a faff, but I do it - I report every scam call and text to the police’s database (got the address bookmarked). Thing is, it’ll take loads of people doing this before anything changes, but every single day loads of people report scams here. It’s not like you’ll see instant results, but if we all just sit back, nothing will ever change and these scam calls will keep coming.
