This number has kept ringing me about 10 times over the past few days. They're always asking for my mum, who sadly died some time ago. Her contact was on the Telephone Preference Service list, yet these people seem to have her name, address and home phone no. I'm really baffled how they managed to get hold of all that info. I’ve had a couple of missed calls from this 0161 number on my home phone, but each time I answered, no one was there. When I rang back, it went straight to an answerphone saying the number’s up for sale! There was no company name mentioned, just what sounded like a mobile number, which probably charges a premium, so I wouldn’t advise calling it. Honestly, whoever it is, it’s quite frustrating.
