I received a call from O2 inquiring about why we hadn’t finalised an online order. To be honest, I found their assistance to be rather lacking. They politely declined to help, despite the fact that we had been on their website earlier. It was quite odd, as they seemed to know our account details but didn’t bother to ask for any verification. It left us with the impression that this could be a dubious sales operation. Nevertheless, I must say, the lady I spoke to had a lovely Irish accent! 😉
