Interestingly, I had a conversation with them earlier in the day to cancel a policy as they were unable to offer a quote that matched a competitor's deal. So, it's quite likely this is a follow-up call regarding that situation.

Absolutely sounds like an outbound call centre. There was a good three minutes of dead air before anyone bothered to say anything. We didn’t hang about to find out who was on the other end, but it’s clear that More Than hasn’t got the green light to contact us. It makes me wonder if these callers even bother to respect the TPS guidelines - seems like a lot of them don’t bother these days!
