I got a call from someone claiming to be with 02, but it didn’t make sense. If they really worked there, they’d already have my details and know I’m a customer. He kept asking for loads of info, like who my phone provider even was! Isn’t that something they’d have on file if I’m with them? Sounded like a scam to me, so I ended the call pretty quick and blocked the number.

Such a pain! They kept calling non-stop, and when I finally picked up, the noise in the background was so loud I could barely make out a word. I think they mentioned something about O2 SIM cards before I just ended the call and blocked them right away.
