Got a robo call about some trouble with an online shop I used to have an account with (mayve cancelled now). They claimed it wasn’t some marketing scam, but said there was a problem with my account and asked me to punch in numbers on the keypad to sort it out. Total scam! Hung up straight away. If there’s ever a real problem, your account will tell you straight away and you can call the company yourself to sort things out. Be careful out there, guys!

I've gotten calls from this number before, and it's definitely legit. It’s an automated line for JD Williams regarding late payments. I got a text with this number because I was behind on a bill with them. When you ring it, you’re guided to sort out your payment. Judging by other reviews, I reckon either folks are dialing the wrong number or the number’s been recycled by phone companies. There’s nothing dodgy about it.

This company is pure harassment! I've never used their services and I don't plan to, yet they keep ringing me non-stop.
