It rang twice then cut off, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Picked up the phone and the person on the other end was speaking English but with an Indian or Middle Eastern accent. I told her I couldn't quite catch what she was saying, and she just sighed loudly before hanging up. Bit rude, don’t you think?
