This is the second instance I've encountered this after having to cancel my card previously. I'm still waiting for any indication of a refund. To make matters worse, the sum in question was even more substantial this time, totalling £37.68.

A charge of £33.29 attempted to come out of my account, but I've no clue who these people are or how they obtained my banking information. Fortunately, my bank flagged it as suspicious and thankfully halted the transaction before any damage was done.

I've found myself in the same predicament! I've had to cancel my card and everything. It's rather perplexing how they manage to get hold of our information, isn’t it?

I noticed a charge of £29.49 from this number on my bank statement. I've gone ahead and reported it to the authorities and have also opted to cancel my card for safety.

They attempted to swindle me out of my cash! Absolute bunch of crooks!

I’m so relieved I didn’t transfer a larger sum to that card.

Last week, I made a payment to NCP Spinningfields via an online platform, and I’ve got a nagging feeling they’ve intercepted my card information.

I've already flagged the issue and am in the process of changing my card number. Nice attempt, fraudsters! ✌️

I'm quite baffled by what's transpired. My niece was having a bit of a laugh with my phone when I received a call from an unknown number. As I was trying to reclaim my device from her grasp, the call got picked up, but the person on the other end was inaudible. Meanwhile, my niece started to throw a bit of a fit, which added to the chaos. This incident occurred roughly a week and a half ago. Just now, I had a peek at my online banking and to my absolute horror, I’ve noticed that all my funds have vanished. I don’t recall signing up for any service with them, nor do I have any sort of direct debit or standing order set up. Now I'm left skint until next week. What can I do to put a stop to them taking any more of my money?

Hello there! I've noticed that £35.39 has been deducted from my account on two occasions, specifically on the 8th of April and the 14th of May. I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you!

On the 3rd of May 2024, I received a phone call from a certain number. Subsequently, an amount of £34 was deducted from my bank account. The transaction appeared as "ww" on my statement, along with the Manchester phone number. I find this deduction unacceptable and request that the money be refunded promptly, as it has left me with no availabie funds.

I have fallen victim to a scam where individuals dishonestly took my money.

I came across a company named FINBIZ while searching for a loan, like many others. They debited 17p from my card as a way to verify it, but when I carefully read the terms and conditions, I realized it was actually a scam for subscriptions. As a result, I did not press the confirm or go ahead button. Shockingly, they attempted to take £34 from my account not once, but twice! Clearly, they are scammers. Thankfully, my bank rejected the payments as there wasn't much money in that particular account. This experience served as a reminder to never give out your bank details and be cautious. These people are truly despicable.

After my previous encounter, I decided to call the provided number, but all I got was an automated message saying I was being connected to a customer service representative. I quickly hung up in frustration. To my surprise, a few days later, I received a voicemail from an unknown 0161 number which doesn't even show any recognition here. The voicemail was incoherent and mentioned something about canceling my subscription because of reported dissatisfaction with their service. They assured me that I would be receiving a refund within 4 to 5 working days. However, it has been quite some time, and I am still waiting for the promised refund, unsurprisingly. The whole situation started with them taking a small amount of 17p, which can easily go unnoticed. Then they charged me £33.24, claiming that I had authorized it. Keep an eye out for any unexpected minor charges like that and make sure to immediately block them through your bank if it happens as this is undoubtedly a scam!

I noticed that 17 pence was deducted from my bank account, followed by an additional £34.19! Unfortunately, the bank has been unresponsive in resolving this issue and I have been unable to contact the company responsible. Consequently, I have taken it upon myself to report this incident as fraudulent.

An unexpected deduction of .17 p followed by 34.19 has been made from my bank account. I am completely clueless about its purpose. I am currently awaiting my bank's response in the hopes that they will refund the amount and prevent any future deductions by the same entity.

I noticed that £34 was deducted from my account without any explanation. This occurred when I applied for a loan, and as part of the application process, I had to provide my bank details to verify the account where I wanted the funds to be disbursed. Sadly, despite providing the information, my loan application was rejected.

I have come across a familiar situation recently. Surprisingly, I haven't received any phone calls. However, something peculiar happened on Instagram when an artist uploaded a picture of their painting. I decided to comment on the post, and to my surprise, I received a message from them. The message contained nothing but a box with an 'x' in the middle. Curiosity got the best of me, so I tapped on it, only to find that it automatically loaded a game. Now I'm left wondering - could this be the reason why money was deducted from my bank account under the name ww pluss?

If anyone possesses additional information concerning these individuals, please leave a comment!

Additionally, a sum of £29.49 has been deducted from my account.

I have lodged a complaint with the bank, and they have deemed the sole recourse to be filing a fraud claim.

According to them, WW PLUS seems to be a digital gaming firm.
