Never get a reply when I ring back. Loads of calls come from this number and then my bill shoots up with charges from chat lines. I’ve told the phone company who provides my line that I’ve stopped my direct debit and will just pay what I actually owe once I get the proper bill. Tomorrow, I’m going to reach out to the claims regulator and also the legal ombudsman to sort this out. When I searched the number online, heaps of others have had the same problems.
