They keep calling me over 10 times every day, it’s so annoying. Anyone got tips on how to stop this?

I didn’t pick up the phone because I have PTSD and pretty bad anxiety, so unknown numbers make me really tense. This number has been calling nonstop for a few days now. When I block it, a number that’s almost the same but with the last digit changed starts ringing instead - I’m guessing it’s the same caller? Not sure if anyone knows a way to stop this, but I thought I’d warn others about it. Sorry if this sounds like a bit of a mess 😬
