Someone called me, asked if I could spare a minute for some questions. They mentioned Benefit, which I guess is a cosmetics company or something like that. I told them nicely I wasn’t keen, but they kept pushing, saying it would be quick. I told them again, quite politely, that I wasn’t interested, but before I could finish, they just cut the call off. Bit cheeky, really.

Loads of times they’ve rung me up claiming to be from some survey firm called Advantage. When I asked to talk to her boss, the woman on the line just said no and wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else. Really frustrating!
