I picked up to hear this guy speaking with a really heavy Indian or Pakistani accent. I think he was attempting to promote some sort of business, but honestly couldn’t catch a word of it. I just went with ‘sorry, what?’ and he tried again, but it was just as muddled as before. I told him, ‘I’m afraid I can’t understand you,’ and then he just hung up on me. If this was a legit call, that’s pretty unprofessional, but it honestly just felt dodgy to me.
