These lot keep ringing me up saying they're from the council and can sort out repairs on my place. I even sent over some pictures thinking they were legit, but then they kept calling, like, all the time, even after I told them I’m already dealing with the council. They just wouldn’t quit. So I looked into it and found out it’s a scam - they say it’s free, but then you get hit with a bill later on. Proper dodgy.

Got a call earlier today (21/11/2021 around 8:45am) from 0161 436 3985. It was a recorded message saying someone was trying to take £900 from my card. The message never said which bank it was or who it was. They told me to press different numbers which led to someone trying to scam money from my bank account. I’ve blocked the number and reported it to Action Fraud.

I dont normally pick up calls from unknown numbers but for some reason I did this time. As soon as I answered, they just hung up. I blocked the number straight away. No way am I calling them back. If it was really important, they would have left a voicemail.

I usually ignore calls from unknown numbers but decided to pick up this time. As soon as I said hello, they just ended the call. I’ve blocked the number now and definitely won’t be ringing them back. If it was something important, they could’ve left a voicemail.

Got a call from a number that my ### app instantly marked as a telemarketer. Guess another one’s gone straight onto my spam block list!

This number called me earlier today, but when I dialled it back, I got some automated voice saying the number can’t take my call right now and to try again later. Honestly, I’m not bothering to call again - sounds like just another annoying spam caller.
