this is the third time in about three weeks ive picked up and theres nothing but silence on the other side, no one speaks at all. been getting the same empty call every time. really odd situation.

Got a call saying it was 02, but my lad actually works there so I knew straight away it was dodgy. The bloke on the line was Indian and pretty rude when I told him I wasn’t biting. Even though I made it clear, he kept going on about phone deals. In the end I had to raise my voice and just cut him off mid-sentence. Number’s blocked now - classic case of some call centre in India pretending to be local with a UK number.

Got a call from someone saying they were from O2. Told him I wasn’t interested since my son actually works there. He kept pushing and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Ended up hanging up and blocked the number after telling him he’s a scammer and ought to be ashamed of himself.
