So, I got a call from someone who wanted to know my identity. When I mentioned that I’m not quite 18 yet, she casually warned me to inform my mum that a debt collector would be arriving the following morning. How absurd!

When I picked up the phone, I was greeted by a recorded message stating, “This is PPSP. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to connect your call.” Immediately after that, the line went dead.

I received a telephone call from this number at 11:24 concerning something about insurance. I mentioned that I wasn't keen to engage as my insurance provider was already on the case. The woman proceeded to inform me that my insurance company wouldn’t have anything to do with the funds in question. Despite my continued disinterest in the conversation, she had the audacity to express that she hoped everything went horribly wrong for me and that I wouldn’t receive a penny. How utterly unprofessional! Honestly, what dreadful behaviour!
