I received an unsolicited call from some solicitors, clearly looking to cash in on car accident claims and the like. Quite irritating, to be honest!

I had initially reached out to a specified repairer they mentioned, but it turns out they weren't on my insurer's approved list, prompting me to seek help elsewhere. After one inquiry from them, I explained my reasoning, and the chap on the other end was rather rude and aggressive. Then, out of the blue, I had a call that just cut out abruptly. Recently, I was contacted again, this time to gauge my satisfaction with the repair job. Upon sharing my thoughts, things took a turn for the worse - he snapped at me again. Quite the distressing experience, really!
