Quite cheeky! They remarked, "I'm confident you'll be able to persuade him" after I mentioned that I needed to confer with my business associate about the matter. Moreover, they insisted that the agreement with Google must be finalised today, otherwise, the offer wouldn't be as favourable. When I asked about the cost after the 31-day trial period, they conveniently avoided providing any details. If something seems too good to be true, it most likely is!

The situation escalated from there; he continually interrupted me, making the dialogue even more uncomfortable. Ultimately, I told him to clear off and ended the call. I recognise I might not have handled it gracefully, but it’s clear that this was a marketing call. If only their team members approached their conversations with a bit more civility, they might receive better responses.
