This caller claimed to be selling overseas properties and insisted that it wasn't a cold call since I'd supposedly expressed interest. However, I can assure you, that’s simply not the case. It felt very much like a typical sales pitch to me.

It’s just texts that pop up instead. They usually try this in the evenings and even quite late at night. Very odd, to say the least!
