What a thoroughly unpleasant individual! When I pointed out that he had misidentified me, he snapped and ordered me to hang up. Instead of addressing my concerns, he questioned my grasp of the English language and accused me of wasting his time. I decided to stay on the line until he decided to end the call himself!
