Received a call supposedly from Sky regarding my sluggish internet connection. The caller started probing me about the gadgets linked to my network, but when I inquired whether she was based in a call centre, she lost her cool and responded with, "you’re a complete muppet," then abruptly disconnected the line! Safe to say, I doubt she’s genuinely affiliated with Sky!
