I’m still holding out for my refund - the service promised over the phone hasn’t been delivered.

I engaged the services of Class Above Roofing and Roofline, and frankly, it left much to be desired. The quality of their work was subpar, and I found myself ringing them about five or six times to sort out the issues. Each time, they promised to come and remedy the situation, yet they failed to show up every single time. I would strongly advise against employing this company, as they seem to be all talk and no action. Quite the rogue outfit, if you ask me!

I'm still hanging around for my reimbursement after the shoddy work they carried out. We had a clear agreement on the price, and they promised to deliver the refund in person. It's now been since January, and every time I call, all I get are the same old excuses. It’s quite frustrating!
