Today around 1:45pm, I got a call from this number. The person on the line sounded like they were from abroad and their English was pretty bad. They claimed to be from Sky and said my broadband wasn’t working well, especially when I tried to stream stuff or browse online. They wanted me to connect a device and follow their steps to supposedly improve my internet speed. When I asked how they could actually do that, they just repeated themselves, telling me to connect a device and follow their instructions. I told them I wasn’t a Sky customer, and then they just ended the call!
