The caller claimed to represent the Holiday Advice Group, informing me that I might be eligible for a refund regarding a trip we took last year. They requested details about our accommodation and the booking reference, which I couldn’t recall at the time. Consequently, they connected me to the tour operator, who provided me with the booking number I needed. After I relayed that to them, they mentioned that I could expect some legal documents in the mail shortly, should I wish to sign and return them. I must say, the chap on the phone was exceptionally courteous and professional.
