Over the weekend we got into a car crash and today this number called us, chatting for more than half an hour, pushing us to admit to whiplash injuries. They knew bits about the accident which made it sound legit at first. But when they asked for our National Insurance info, we got wary. We ended up reaching out to our insurance company, who told us this is part of a scam where fraudsters get hold of recent no-fault accident info. They're now looking into this call.

Called me up trying to push me into filing a claim, and when I told him I wasn't interested in going through his service, he got quite annoyed. He kept trying to make me feel bad for not wanting to use his help, saying he had gone out of his way to inform me about the claim. Proper cheeky behaviour. Total ambulance chasers.
