It seemed to unsettle him somewhat, and he eventually revealed that their office was located at 128 Dickenson Road in Manchester.

I've come to discover that this number is linked to an Indian call centre, utilising a call forwarding system to reach out to unsuspecting individuals. A bit of digging on my part revealed that they appear to be involved in some dodgy scheme aimed at fishing for sensitive information. They're currently operating in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, running out of the notorious call centre hotbed of Mumbai. What sets them apart from other shady operators is their truly irksome manner; they lack even a hint of professionalism.

The moment I mentioned my extensive background with road accidents and advocacy for road safety - which is completely true, by the way - they abruptly hung up, clearly put off by my scepticism.

Has anyone got the details or any clues about this so-called road traffic accident firm? They've been hurling abuse at my mother, which I find utterly appalling.
