Got a call from a woman named Angela Morris wanting to talk to the owner of the business. Seemed like one of those scam calls but oddly she knew the manager’s last name. Best to steer clear.

Some bloke called James claimed he was from National Business Sales Limited. They were looking for someone who aint got this number so I told em to remove it from their records. They said they can’t delete my number unless I hand over my details. James wouldn’t tell me his surname but was still eager to push his sales talk.

A company called National or something asked to talk to the owner of the business but then they hung up cause they weren’t there.

He claimed to be from Scottish Power and asked about the amount of our monthly bill. I told him if he really worked there, he should already have that info. Then he asked if we pay over £500 a month, and I just said "you tell me". After that, he wanted to know how many rooms are in the house - I asked why that mattered. I ended the call, got better things to do. With GDPR these days, this kinda call shouldn't be happening surely?

Got a spam call asking to speak with the person in charge, but they wouldn’t say what it was about. Told them I wouldn’t connect the call unless they explained, and if it was about selling the business, we’re not interested. They agreed politely, and I thought that was it. But later that day, they phoned me 5 more times, even after I told them twice to remove us from their list and stop calling! Make sure you block this number quickly.
