We received a call from the number 01612927955, where a woman claimed to be from Elephant Loans. She mentioned that we’d been approved for a loan and charged £50 to our card, giving us a reference number. However, nothing has transpired since then. We’re now trying to track down this person, but no one seems to answer when we try calling back on that number. It's rather frustrating!

I received a missed call from this number, and when I answered, a woman on the other end asked me to "hold on for just a sec." A whole minute went by, and I ended up hanging up. Now, they’ve been persistently calling again, but as soon as I pick up, they just drop the line shortly after. I’ve no intention of calling them back-it honestly feels like some sort of scam to me! Just a heads-up to everyone out there, stay vigilant!
