When I pick up the phone, there’s no response at all, just a jumble of sounds in the background.

So this lady called me up and I could barely catch what she was saying cause her accent was really thick. She kept asking to speak to the house owner. I asked her what she wanted and she mentioned something about changing a boiler. When I asked where she had got my number, she said it was from a "national database". I told her I’m on the TPS list and shouldn’t be getting those kind of calls. She just said bye and ended the call straight away.
