On Monday 18/04/2022, a bank holiday, I got a call from 0161 283 9753 around 1:06 PM. The person said they were from Virgin Media regarding my broadband. Since I’d noticed some issues with the internet the day before, I thought it might be a helpful update so I chatted for a bit. Then, out of nowhere, the call dropped - either the caller ended it or maybe Virgin cut them off? I’m a bit wary it could have been a scam, though I didn’t share any personal info just in case.
