I got a call last night about problems with my internet. They told me to look up some software online and download it, or they’d cut off my internet completely. Total scam if you ask me...

Someone named "Alexa" recently phoned me, claiming to be from BT, asking about my internet speed and what devices are on my network. I didn't entertain her questions and ended the call quickly. She then called back from a different number and got quite snappy when I refused to share anything. Definitely not a friendly chat, feels very much like a scam to me.
