I just had a chap on the line, sounded distinctly Indian, claiming to be from Microsoft, saying there was some sort of "virus" invading my PC. Honestly, it’s baffling that these old tricks still fool some folks! It’s astounding how persistent these scammers are!

I got a call from this number on the 10th of April, 2022. When I rang it back, a lady answered and claimed it was her personal number, not connected to Virgin Media, as I had initially thought. Quite odd, really!
