I got a call from a woman saying she was from BT, telling me there was a problem with my internet and someone else was using my IP address. I've had a few of these before and they're always fake. They want you to log into your computer and then guide you to a website, which I've found out can actually spy on your online stuff like bank info and credit card details. Total scam!
