Brace yourself for this one! I received a rather peculiar phone call from someone claiming to be from Sky regarding my internet connection. It was a pleasant Asian woman on the other end. I went through the usual Q&A session with her, but I was upfront and told her my computer wasn't on. I thought I’d cut to the chase and mentioned that this was obviously a scam, hinting they’d eventually ask me to download some dodgy app. Then a chap named "David Williams" took over the call, stating, “You must have a lot of money since we're reaching out to you!” To which I instantaneously replied with a cheeky, “Well, why don’t I just hand it over to you then?" I quickly hung up after that. Just for the record, I’m not exactly rolling in it... I’m a retired teacher! At least the lad had the guts to be a bit truthful!
