The caller's grasp of English was lacking, to say the least. The call quality was dreadful. This chap was attempting to pass himself off as a BT representative, but he came across as rather shoddy and not at all credible. I have a strong suspicion it was a scam. I wouldn't touch BT with a bargepole anyway, as I'm with another provider.
