Got a call from some guy with a heavy Pakistani accent, said he was from BT Openreach. He told me he was a technician and said my internet was slow because my computer had loads of viruses. Then he said he could sort it out for me in a few hours but wanted to connect to my PC remotely. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be BT Openreach saying there was an issue with my internet. They asked me to sign into my laptop, but I just ended the call straight away. I doubt BT would ring me up randomly and tell me to log in like that.
