Picked up the phone and they wanted to speak to me by my first name. I asked who was calling and they mentioned something like Endowment Surrender Plus. I told them I was on the TPS list and wondered why they’d be ringing. They insisted it wasn’t a cold call and claimed they had some good news. I just said no, cheers, and they ended the call.
