Received a call from this number on my mobile, so I decided to ring it back using my landline with my number hidden. A chap answered, sounding as if he were in the middle of a bustling shopping centre. He asked how we were doing. Quite odd, really!

I received a call from these individuals earlier today claiming they could help us reclaim our bank charges. Naturally, we asked how they came by our name and contact number. They mentioned they were attempting to reach all three mobile networks. However, when we pressed for confirmation from the three network provider, they denied any knowledge of it. The moment we said we'd follow up with them, the caller abruptly hung up. Quite shady, if you ask me!

Just received a call from those folks around five minutes ago, trying to sell us a service to reclaim our bank fees for a fee of £49. Quite humorous, isn't it? We can handle that ourselves without spending a penny - all it takes is a bit of persistence with the bank and a gentle reminder that we could involve a solicitor if necessary!
