So there i was, in the states, and suddenly my phone starts ringing at 4am outta nowhere! Honestly, i wasnt happy about that at all.

They keep ringing me up nonstop.

Got a call from some insurance company about finances or something, asking for info about the people in my car, saying they might be owed money after an accident. They weren’t very nice at all when I told them I wasn’t comfortable sharing anyone’s details. Felt a bit pushy and unhelpful.

These calls are a right nuisance. Whenever I pick up, they just go quiet and never actually say anything. They don’t bother leaving any voicemail either, but keep ringing me multiple times each week, every single week.

These people are terrible, they keep saying it’s their first time calling when I’ve told them so many times to stop. I’m seriously thinking of reporting them to the ombudsman and I reckon everyone else should do the same. Apparently, companies can now get fined up to £500,000 for harassment which is about time!
